These are my goals for weight-loss this summer.
1. Lose 10 lbs
2. Get into shape and become more physical fit and agile.
3. Be able to get over my soda addiction.
I think all of this is do-able in a 3 month span. Especially since I will be out in the great outdoors all summer long at camp. I will be running around with kids. And lots of up hill hiking/walking.
