My overall weight-loss goals are 

1. to lose about 45 lbs 

2. to adopt better eating habits 

3. Adopt better lifestyle habits 

4. Exercise more often

  1. i have heard it said that if you make a plan to change one thing, and make that change daily for 30 days it becomes a habit. Habits become lifestyles, and if you choose eliminating something please replace it with something healthy.

    Weight has always been an issue in my life… but then again, i fall into habits that are not so healthy at times.
